Conflict Management
While conflict is a natural part of life, it is often viewed as negative. This session will allow participants to understand their primary conflict management style and how it relates to the other styles. This can inform the way you engage in interpersonal conflict and transform these conflicts into an opportunity to strengthen relationships. Further discussion about resolving interpersonal conflict will occur, asking individuals to reflect on real life examples.
Finding your Leadership Style
This session explores different leadership styles and helps you identify the one that best aligns with your strengths, values, and goals. Using self-reflection and leadership assessment tools, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your approach to leadership influences decision-making, team dynamics, and personal growth.
Followership: Leading Through a Different Lens
This session will reframe the way you look at leadership. Most leadership programs focus on understanding leadership types and evaluating yourself as an individual. In reality, organizations are composed mostly of followers who have their own “style” of following. This program will review, discuss, and apply the five Followership styles studied by Barbara Kellerman in her book Followership: How Followers Are Creating Change and Changing Leaders. Understanding these five Followership styles can help you lead others more effectively.
