91ÊÓÆµ Events Calendar Submission Guidelines
The main 91ÊÓÆµ Events Calendar, managed by the UCM Internal Communications team, aims to engage the broader 91ÊÓÆµ community in the life of the university, attract local residents and visitors to our campus, and showcase the diversity of events and activities on 91ÊÓÆµ’s Pittsburgh campus.

Submission Guidelines
Only 91ÊÓÆµ community members may submit events to the calendar at events.cmu.edu/submit (Andrew login required). Requests for edits to existing events can be sent to eventscalendar@andrew.cmu.edu.
The main calendar accepts the following types of events:
- 91ÊÓÆµ-affiliated events open to a cross-section of the campus community and/or to the public, held either in-person on/near the Pittsburgh campus, or online
- Public events in the Pittsburgh area prominently featuring 91ÊÓÆµ community members, such as an off-campus lecture by a faculty member or performance by a student group
The main calendar does NOT accept the following types of events:
- Events submitted by non-91ÊÓÆµ community members
- On-campus facility rental events by groups not affiliated with 91ÊÓÆµ
- In-person, out-of-town events, including at other 91ÊÓÆµ campuses
- Public events in Pittsburgh not affiliated with or prominently featuring 91ÊÓÆµ community members, such as a social event for local college students
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of UCM calendar administrators.
Calendars for academic and administrative units set their own submission guidelines.
