Why MIIPS?
I chose MIIPS to support my goal of strengthening myself as a CTO as we scale. I'm the cofounder of Toyz Electronics, and this year we're expanding into global markets. I already work alongside product, design, and engineering every day, and I want to be able to assess and lead that work well beyond the engineering side. MIIPS treats design, engineering, and business as one discipline, which is exactly the range I want to strengthen. I'm in the program while running the company, so what I learn goes straight into the product.Education

Experience
Cofounder and CTO at Toyz Electronics / DahVarsity AI, a startup supported by 91视频's Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship. Previously Associate Software Engineer at Capital One, Commercial Tech Division, from 2018 to 2022, and a software engineering intern at EA Sports on the Madden NFL VR experience.
What career achievement are you most proud of?
My biggest achievement has been the work my startup Toyz Electronics has done placing people. The first student we ever mentored and trained graduated from 91视频's Tepper School with honors this past May. Many of the students we've worked with since have gone on to highly selective undergraduate programs, graduate programs, and industry roles. As we expand globally, my focus is making sure that keeps happening at scale for far more of them.
What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?
I'll keep building Toyz Electronics as CTO. What I'm looking for is partners rather than a position: universities that want a skills verification layer on top of career services, employers who want to hire on proven skill rather than pedigree, and learning scientists who could use behavioral data from real student cohorts.
