Why MIIPS?
I chose the MIIPS program to transition from technical execution to strategic product leadership. Having spent three years as a Software Engineer building end-to-end frontend architectures, I have mastered the "how" and "what" of product development. However, I am seeking to deeply understand the "why" by mastering financial business models, market viability, and executive communication. MIIPS offers the perfect interdisciplinary environment to bridge my mechanical engineering roots, UI/UX design proficiency, and technical software expertise with rigorous business strategy.Education
I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (graduated in May 2023).

What career achievement are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my work as a Software Engineer at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. (3 years in the field), where I acted as a product bottleneck solver. I led the 0-to-1 development of HashtagCMS, an internal portal that empowered the marketing team to self-serve their updates. This eliminated heavy automated pipeline dependencies and reduced deployment times from the next day down to just 15 minutes. Additionally, anchoring the product vision and delivering a confident, financially viable pitch for an AI-curated tool to the C-suite during a 48-hour corporate hackathon is a major highlight.
What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?
After graduating, I aim to secure a high-level Product Manager role, ideally within a tech-forward or enterprise environment. I thrive in the 0-to-1 space, taking ambiguous, innovative prompts and turning them into scalable products. I am looking for a position where I can leverage my end-to-end technical execution experience and UI/UX proficiency to lead cross-functional teams, build robust financial business cases, and define the strategic "why" behind the solutions we deliver.
