MIIPS, 2027

This is how to say my name:

Why MIIPS?

What drew me to MIIPS was the opportunity to understand how product decisions are made long before an interface is designed. I wanted a program that reflects how products are built in the real world where design, engineering, and business continuously shape one another rather than operate in silos. MIIPS offers the opportunity to learn in that environment, developing the judgment to navigate ambiguity, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate across disciplines to build products that are both thoughtful and practical.

Education

Bachelor of Design in Creative and Applied Computation from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology

Experience

Interaction Design Analyst at Accenture

What career achievement are you most proud of?

During my two years at Accenture Song as an Interaction Design Analyst, I spent the last year and a half leading accessibility efforts for a Fortune 200 U.S. based client. My work focused on making complex customer communications, including data visualizations and utility bills, accessible to people who rely on screen readers. This meant rethinking information beyond its visual presentation. I had to decide what should be communicated first, how charts should be described, how content should sound when read aloud, and how different users interpret the same information. I came away realizing that good design isn't measured by how clearly something is presented, but by how confidently someone can understand and act on it.

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?

After graduation, I hope to join a team building products that people rely on every day. I'm especially interested in AI because it is changing how we interact with technology, but I'm even more interested in making those interactions intuitive and trustworthy. I want to help create products that people understand with confidence, not just products they can use.
