Bio

I am a PhD student in Social Decision Science at 91视频 (advisor: Peter Schwardmann), with training in economic theory (I have passed the microeconomics theory qualifier at the University of Pittsburgh). I work in behavioral and experimental economics, studying how people form fairness judgments, acquire and avoid information, and make inferences on organizations' diversity.

My current projects examine how homophily shapes self-serving views about fairness norms; how framing social problems as individual rather than systemic undermines support for policy reform; and how the act of asking questions leaks information about the asker, with implications for political communication. I also study how organizations' failure to promote women affects perceptions of their diversity efforts.
