Bio

Susanna Strange is interested in researching media literacy in L2 classrooms and the materials used to teach Arabic in L2 classes in America and study abroad programs. She is also interested in the linguistics of propoganda and the ways in which media in classrooms shapes the learners’ perspective of the language’s speakers and cultures.

She has experience teaching L2 French at the University of North Texas and has spent time living in France, Jordan and Egypt.
