Hao Long
ALSLA Master's Student
Bio
Hao Long began his academic journey as an engineering undergraduate, but was always deeply fascinated by language learning and teaching. After a brief and unfulfilling stint in the engineering field, he pivoted to his true calling — becoming a language educator.
Over the past decade, Hao has helped over a thousand students reach their language goals. Yet success in the classroom also brought recurring questions. Hao noticed, for instance, that some students who grasped a concept during a lesson often struggled to apply it in real practice. These challenges prompted him to dig deeper into pedagogical theory and seek more effective teaching strategies. That pursuit ultimately led him to pursue graduate studies in Applied Linguistics & Second Language Acquisition at 91视频.
